Before you make the call, have the following ready so we are able to assist:
- A form of identification, such as your driver’s licence.
- Your Medicare card or Centrelink card.
- Any overdue bills, if you are seeking assistance with these.
You may be eligible for emergency relief even if you’re not receiving Centrelink income support.
Foodbank WA referral & renewal
Specifically needing food relief? A referral is needed to access Foodbank WA and the Mobile Foodbanks.
You can apply for a Foodbank WA referral, or renew your existing Foodbank WA membership, through completing this online form.
