We advocate for the most financially vulnerable in our community, support those experiencing financial difficulties, and help individuals increase their financial security, resilience, and wellbeing.
Through our work over the past year, we have reached 48,336 West Australians.
Of this number, we supported 37,966 individuals through our service programs and a further 7,097 with community education and information.
This meaningful impact could not be possible without the collective strength from our 12 partner organisations.

Our impact is driven through a range of targeted services, each designed to support financial wellbeing in different ways. Explore how each program is making a difference below.
Financial Counselling
In 2025, we supported 6,051 clients through 12,663 financial counselling appointments. Our Voice of the People report brings these experiences to life, sharing client voices, outcomes, and insights into who we support.
Financial Coaching
Our financial coaching program with Keystart builds long-term capability and resilience, supporting people to take control of their financial future. In 2025, we worked with 171 clients across 586 sessions, each one focused on building confidence, skills, and lasting change.
Energy Ahead
As at March 30 2026, Energy Ahead has delivered 7,361 services, including 3,583 home energy audits and 1,632 coaching sessions – helping people take control of their energy use and reduce costs.
